Bazzano (BO) - Italy, CF / P. IVA 02885711206, REA: BO – 475051.

Please note that payments, refunds and all monetary transactions generated by purchases or returns are received, sent and processed by Sugo Snc di Federico Sacchi e Cristian Antolini (Sugo Snc, Sugo Solutions, www.sugosolutions.com) with registered office in Via Matteotti n. 154, 40014 Crevalcore (BO) - Italy, CF / P. IVA 03269341206, REA: BO – 505415, which collects payments in the name and on behalf of Maurizio Abbigliamento Srl upon express assignment to manage the Site, the related services and monetary transactions generated by the purchase of products on the Site or their return.

Access to, use of, and navigation through its pages automatically confers the status of User and entails full acceptance of these Terms of Use (contractual conditions of use of the Site), as well as the General conditions of sale , of the Privacy Policy , of the Cookie Policy and any other note, legal notice, information or disclaimer published anywhere on the Site itself, all of which are to be considered legally binding on visitors to the Site pursuant to Italian law.

In any case, this Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

Users who do not intend to accept one or more of the Terms of Use listed below are invited to immediately terminate their visit to the Site.

      2. law applicable to the contract and its performance;
      3. jurisdiction and competent court to hear any disputes.

2. PURPOSE OF THE SITE.

The Site has commercial purposes: through it, Maurizio Abbigliamento Srl intends to sell products exclusively to consumers, understood as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity. Maurizio Abbigliamento Srl therefore has the right not to accept purchase order proposals from Users who are not consumers, as well as any other purchase order proposals that do not comply with the General conditions of sale and these Terms of Use.
   2. In any case, the material published on the Site is not periodic and therefore does not constitute an "editorial product" pursuant to Law No. 62/2001.

3. INTERRUPTION AND SUSPENSION OF THE SITE.

   1. Maurizio Abbigliamento Srl reserves the right, at any time, to interrupt or suspend, temporarily or permanently, access to the site, to individual pages, to content or to services offered by the same.
   2. The User acknowledges that, for such operations, Maurizio Abbigliamento Srl cannot in any way be held responsible towards the User or towards third parties.

4. CONTENTS, COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARKS AND DOMAIN NAMES.

   3. The User is granted a non-transferable right to use the Site and/or the services, limited to private, non-commercial use.
   4. All trademarks and distinctive signs that distinguish the products sold on the Site are registered trademarks of their respective owners and are used within the Site for the sole purpose of distinguishing, describing, and advertising the products for sale. Each registered trademark owner has the right to make exclusive use of their respective trademarks.
   5. The User is not authorized, unless otherwise determined by Maurizio Abbigliamento Srl or any other owner of registered trademarks published on the Site, to use said trademarks to distinguish products or services even if not similar to those of the Site or of other trademark owners.
   6. Most of the brands referring to products for sale on the Site are well-known brands and known to the public and therefore to every User.

In any case, the User will be solely responsible for any false and/or incomplete declarations, false and/or incomplete information provided, as well as for any damages resulting to Maurizio Abbigliamento Srl or third parties.

6. ACCOUNT CREATION

   1. To use some services, the User can create a personal account by registering according to the following procedure:
      1. click on “My Account”, or “Account”, or on the stylized user icon, in the menu bar located at the top of any page of the Site;
      2. then click on “Create an account”;
      3. alternatively, use your personal Amazon Pay account (in relation to which Maurizio Abbigliamento Srl is not liable in any way for any disservice or damage that may be caused to the User), or register your account on the Site, filling in the mandatory fields "Name", "Surname", "Email address", "Date of birth" and "Password", checking that the latter is correct by also filling in the "Confirm password" field, which is necessary to cross-check the two boxes;

   2. The system will automatically send the User an email confirming successful registration.
   3. Once the account creation process is successful, the registered User will also be able to access their reserved area called "My Account", where the following information services are offered, such as:

      4. change your login details;
