RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without providing any reasons, within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires after fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. In the case of multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which the customer or the designated third party, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is required to inform us of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit statement, for example, a letter sent by post or email. You may use the standard withdrawal form Standard Form, but it is not mandatory.

It is also possible to exercise the right of withdrawal online via the function available in your User Account. The function is identified by the wording “Withdraw from the contract here” or equivalent and allows you to confirm the submission via the “Confirm withdrawal” feature or equivalent. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

If the customer withdraws from this contract, all payments made for the products subject to withdrawal will be refunded, including initial standard delivery costs, if applicable, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which Maurizio Abbigliamento Srl is informed of the decision to withdraw. The refund may be withheld until receipt of the goods or until the customer has provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that no costs are incurred by the customer as a result. mauriziocollection.com is not required to reimburse additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered.

The customer is required to return or deliver the goods to Maurizio Abbigliamento Srl, Via Provinciale Est 18 - 40053 - Valsamoggia, Loc. Bazzano (BO) – Italy, without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days from the day on which the withdrawal was communicated. The deadline is met if the customer returns the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. The direct costs of returning the goods are to be borne by the customer, except in the case of a non-conforming product, for which the legal guarantee applies.

The customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
