How to request a return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return, in accordance with the Consumer Code.
The process is quick and easy, thanks to the self-service returns system available on our store.
1. Start the return request
You can request a return in two ways:
- From the Order Status page → click on the link in the order confirmation email and select “Request Return” .
- From your customer account → log in to your personal account and, in the Orders section, click on “Request return” next to the order you want to return.
2. Wait for confirmation
Your request will be verified by our team.
You will receive an email with:
- acceptance of the return and shipping instructions, or
- rejection of the return if it does not fall within the expected conditions.
3. Prepare the package
Before shipping, make sure that:
- the items have not been worn, washed or damaged;
- the tags and seals are intact;
- the original packaging and any accessories (dust bag, hangers, etc.) are included;
- for underwear and beachwear, the hygienic protection is intact.
4. Ship the return

- Unless otherwise indicated in the confirmation email, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
- For returns from non-EU countries, any duties and customs taxes are always the responsibility of the Customer.
- 5. Get your refund
After receiving and verifying the Products:
- the refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase;
- in case of payment by cash on delivery , you will receive a bank transfer to your IBAN (you will have to communicate this to us via email);
- Shipping and cash on delivery charges are non-refundable.
Alternatively, you can choose to receive a voucher for the same amount, usable on our website within 90 days.
Products excluded from return
- Personalized or made-to-measure items

Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if opened (e.g. underwear without hygienic protection, cosmetics)
