"Maurizio Collection" E-GIFT CARD PURCHASE ONLINE

TERMS OF USE

E-Gift Cards are available exclusively online at Maurizio Collection.
Purchases using an E-Gift Card must be made in the same currency in which the card was issued.
Currency exchanges will not be available after purchase.
Maurizio Collection is not responsible for E-Gift Cards being sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.

Validity period
The E-Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date the confirmation email is sent. It can be used for one or more orders and can also be used for orders with a value greater than that of the E-Gift Card.
You can renew your E-Gift Card after 12 months by contacting customer service at support@mauriziocollectionstore.com.

Characteristics
The E-GIFT CARD will be issued for the amount chosen by the Customer and does not involve any issuing or activation costs or commissions for use.
The recipient of the card will receive the E-GIFT CARD code via email, which they can use on our store by entering and applying it during checkout.
You do not need an account to use the discount code.
The E-Gift Card is not reloadable.
No discounts or promotions of any kind may be applied to the purchase of the E-GIFT CARD.
Codes cannot be combined with other E-Gift Card codes.
The E-GIFT CARD can be spent in multiple installments until its value is completely exhausted.
The value of each purchase made will be deducted from the remaining balance on the E-GIFT CARD. The E-Gift Card recipient will receive email updates regarding any changes to the balance.
You can log in to your account or create one to save the code in the "Gift Card" section so you can check its status, expiration date, and remaining availability.
The E-Gift Card can be spent within 365 days from the date of issue.
If the value of the E-GIFT CARD is not used up by its expiration date, the Customer will not be entitled to change or refunds of any kind.
The E-Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another E-Gift Card and is not redeemable for cash or credit.
The customer may request a refund for the purchased E-Gift Card, if unused, within 14 days of purchase.
If the value of the E-GIFT CARD is insufficient to make the desired purchase, the missing amount must be paid by the Customer using the payment methods accepted on the Site.
The amount associated with the card does not accrue interest.

Right of withdrawal
Orders placed via E-Gift Card can be returned: the amount relating to the returned goods will be credited back to the E-Gift Card.
Orders placed via E-Gift Card are subject to the General Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy of the Site published on Maurizio Collection.
Maurizio Collection reserves the right to refuse orders placed using E-Gift Cards that show signs of duplication or fraudulent use.
